This is a rewritten variant of Launchers Fast tile improved for Android device 14 that hooks into Launcher Ops to provide a better experience. Once you have activated the Fast Tile in your statusbar, it will present you your current Default Launcher and how a lot of launchers are installed on your device. Long Clicking on it will begin the Default Application Settings by default. Clicking on the Tile will prompt you to install Launcher Ops if you havn't yet.
